Before beginning assembly, ensure that you have read and understood all instructions thoroughly. The installation and assembly of brake components should be conducted exclusively by experienced professionals or individuals with a background in automotive component assembly. Proper functionality of these components depends on their correct installation and assembly according to the specified guidelines. The individual responsible for the installation or assembly of any brake component must assess its appropriateness and safety for use.
1. Check all the bobbins for any obvious wear or damage. If none is found, they can be reused. However, new bobbins are strongly recommended when replacing rotor hats. Springs, bolts, clips, and lock nuts must be replaced with new sets during installation.2. Carefully inspect the aluminum rotor hat, looking for any cracks, dents, or other damage.
3. Verify that all hardware is present and accounted for, ensuring that no components are missing (as illustrated in the accompanying picture).

5. Hand-tighten all the hardware, ensuring that each piece is installed correctly. Then, following the sequence pattern shown in the figure below, tighten and torque all the hardware to 11 lbf-ft (15 Nm). DO NOT USE AN IMPACT WRENCH OR OVERTIGHTEN THE HARDWARE.
